I traveled to India with my camera but never made a film. Back in Paris, I decided the AI would be my camera retrospectively — using my personal photographs as source material and animating them to give life to what I had seen. The result is a travel film that never existed, made entirely in generative AI from stills shot on the ground. Photography that becomes cinema through the algorithm.Je suis parti en Inde avec mon appareil photo mais je n'ai pas fait de film. De retour à Paris, j'ai décidé que l'IA serait ma caméra rétroactivement — en utilisant mes photographies personnelles comme matière première pour leur donner vie. Le résultat est un film de voyage qui n'existait pas, entièrement généré en IA à partir de photos prises sur place. La photographie qui devient cinéma par l'algorithme.

These photographs were shot during a personal trip through India — Rajasthan, Jaipur, the markets and temples of a country that overwhelms every sense. I had my camera. I had my eye. But I had no film equipment, no crew, no plan to make a documentary.

Back in Paris, I fed these stills into Kling 3.0, Nano Banana Pro, and Weavy — animating each image, breathing movement into frozen light. What emerged sits between documentary and hallucination: a film that exists because the algorithm remembered what my camera could not.
